What is CrossFit and is it right for you? Ultimately,  you will decide that question and maybe you already have. But to help you, click on this link, CrossFit and find out. The purpose is training to increase strength and stamina which will make you a better athlete and help you preform better in your sport of choice. You may or may not like CrossFit, but I don’t think you will find a gym where there is more camaraderie or encouragement from your peers which could be a major reason why so many people get turned on and go back – they make friends and get really fit.
