There are plenty of opportunities to hone your skills for next winter on Mt. Hood, Oregon at Timberline Lodge. Week long camps are offered on the Palmer Snow Field that range from racing to free riding. The cost average is about $1,000 for the week. The snow field is open from about 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. In the afternoon you can occupy your time with other activities such as skateboarding, rock climbing and mountain biking, to name a few. Look for more information about camps in the future, but if you can’t wait, then turn to Google and type in ‘summer camps Mt. Hood’ and you will get a good list.
